Ratings and reviews

Has been my go-to audio recording app for years. It's simple (no pun intended) and does the job. Hope it never gets bloated, but curious if it'll ever get some useful other features. A few ideas: ability to trim an audio file, apply high/mid/low pass filters while recording (or to a file), set max time of recording (a couple times I hit the widget by mistake and found out I've been recording for like 12 hours, lol).

I guess they got bought out or something as there are now ads...which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't stop the app from opening. When I actually sat for the 90 sec+ opening time (for real), was met with a full screen ad and then a continuous ad at the top that sometimes had SOUND. The absolute kicker is that the "premium" version 15$.. A week. Yes, folks $60 a month, $720/year for a simple recording app. And to change the UI color. Untrustworthy and suspicious, use something else 👎👎👎

The software is no longer as initially provided. Developers made an update to include ads and in-app purchases after a lot of people downloaded the app for the simple fact that it did not have either of those. The ads are extremely intrusive too, I wouldn't care if they were something small that didn't get in the way but they are full screen ads. Don't waste your time with this app
