Third class application. Portfolio is not showing the purchase value. profit nd loss report not available. Very very poor....Not standing in front of any other broker/bank application. Even not eligible to get a star. but there was no option. If IDBI Capital wants to be present in the competition then do something to resolve the issue and launch some good mobile application

The worst app. Not at all user friendly. Unnecessary strong security for login. Weird user name which is difficult to remember. Additionally OTP ! Gets logged off within few minutes of inactivity. Not at all easy to find the current prices. Can't see portfolio value on weekends. Also, can't see the buying price of the shares. What's the use if I can't see whether the share is in profit or loss?? Why have you even made this app?? This is absolutely trash.

App doesnot have feature to applying IPO through APP. app is not getting updated with latest features. The complany directors is not brothered to give better service to its app users. Should take-up with RBI ombudsman as the idbi direct is not updating app and making it user friendly Other nationalised banks demat apps are very good, idbi direct can not even come near with them.
