■ How to use the app
① If you find a trouble spot on the road, turn on the GPS function and start "Town turtle".
② Select "Report by e-mail" and take 2 photos according to the screen.
※ Please be careful about the surroundings when shooting.
(3) Check the location information, select the defect location, and send it as is.
This completes the notification process.
■ In using the app
Depending on the time of day, the city may not be able to confirm the report by e-mail, so please report by telephone in an emergency.
■ Information automatically acquired by the app ■ The app automatically acquires the following information. However, if the user does not set automatic acquisition, it will not be acquired.
