I have no problem with the new interface so far, but the updated mobile check deposit isn't reliable. It wouldn't allow me to take a photo of the back of a check, perfectly in focus. The front photo option also wouldn't take a photo of the back. I had to try at least 50 times before I got the check perfectly aligned, not with the box on screen, but with a secret smaller box that you can only guess at. Copy-paste response to call bank is unhelpful for app specific issue. I gave full details here.

I love this app but over the last few days I haven't been able to access it. As soon as I click on it, the app crashes. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling the app multiple times. I've run diagnostics on my phone & it says everything is fine. I've been going to the website but unfortunately there's things you can only do via app. Oh, and even stranger the app still works on my husband & daughter's phone (which is the same phone I have). Very frustrated!

After at least 4 months using this app that wouldn't update, with security patches that weren't being applied, & trying every possible work around including elevated tech support from umpqua & my phone carrier, this app finally updated on it's own yesterday. Then it wouldn't open & message popped up to clear the cache but that failed so rebooted phone. Success! My curiosity would like to know what the bug was, but I'm hopeful I never have this problem (huge frustrating time waster) again.
