I use the SaintLukeKC app whenever I need to schedule an appointment with my doctors, the lab, or physical therapy. I also use the app to communicate with my doctors and submit requested info, such as tracking BP. It is very secure and easy to use. It is the perfect way to share medical information between doctors within the system and with other systems that have communication ability with Epic. I give this app 5 stars based on functionality and security.

It has improved over time. It is a good tool for looking up when appointments are, seeing test results and communicating with doctors. Often the reminders are inaccurate. It will tell me I need tests that it displays. It would be nice to have an option to comment on those for someone to review.

This app is fantastic. All of my health care information across all of my providers is in one place whether it be prescriptions, upcoming appointments, procedures or payments. Online check-in is super convenient. I like the ability to message care providers within the app. Recent improvements now allow me to actually look at graphs of test results over time in the mobile app which used to only be available on computer.

What's new

SaintLukesKC’s redesign provides easier access to the information most important to patients. Updates to the mySaintLukes patient portal provide a more custom experience by adapting to patients’ needs and guiding them to relevant activities. The new menu features shortcuts to common activities and an actionable feed of updates upon log in to help patients focus on key information.
