It's a lot more convenient than having to login through the Google Chrome browser on my phone. Particularly when I have an ongoing appointment like the one that led to me downloading the app after scanning the QR code in the exam room. As for the way it handles things, it's made it easier to keep track of what I need done and my most recent appointment.

Frequently won't let me access things like messages, appointment schedules, and other features. I find the website easier to use, with better reliability. I've deleted and reloaded it, it still sucks and has many errors. "Something went wrong" pops up constantly

sending a message function to your doctor is often not working. billing function is always working. interesting....
