Keep up to date with when you're working with WFS: Making Work Easy

This app connects to your employer’s scheduling system so that you know when and where you are working.

With WFS you can:
- Keep up to date with new schedules and schedule changes as they're published, so there are no unwelcome surprises.
- Let your employer know when you are available to work and how to contact you, so you don't miss out on shifts.
- Offer to work extra shifts that your manager makes available, boosting your earnings.
- Request and see your time off, so that you can plan your weeks.

This app requires your employer to use WFS for scheduling.

To activate your WFS: Making Work Easy account, please click the link in your registration email.

If you can’t find your registration email, please check your junk folder or speak to your manager.

On first opening the app, use the registration code contained in the registration email.

Note: Some app features may not have been enabled by your employer..

It makes me sad that my company uses such a POS app. It constantly times out/won't log in. The app had absolutely no support option either. I will certainly be lobbying for them to switch away from WFS UPDATE 5/28/20 the app has totally crashed. Regardless of device type or platform. 1 star is too high of a rating. I can't wait to see how they pass the buck to someone else this time.

Please contact the person who advised you that your schedules were available on the app, your company will have a support arrangement with Workforce Software by which issues on the mobile app are logged. I can NEVER login online or in app. My manager has changed my email, that didn't work. Tried resetting my password. In theory this could be a useful app, but not if you can't access it. Not to mention there's no way to contact anyone thru WFS for help or troubleshooting.

We have had this app for work for a few years now and it's terrible. It hardly ever works properly, there's no consistent forms of IT support or annual updates, half of our employees don't show up and the other half contain people we have fired from our store weeks ago. Also if an employee does not have the app, they will sometimes not show on the schedule. Awful attempt at a good idea, wish we would switch to something else.
