Poor apps. Always fail to submit claim. "Index out of the range, must be non negative and less than the size of collection"

I try to log in but can't. The app said my password is wrong. When i try forgot password option, i dont receive reset email. Then i try it in the website. I can log in the website after password reset, but i still cant log in in the app. Please fix this
