Login section is very hectic to use, can not retrive user name to set password. As well download bill is not responding. Kindly improve and simplify such facilities for common use. What is the use of "Download Bill" if it is not working properly.Even after installation of smart meter partial figure is available as well it looks that automatic bill generation stopped in month of june 2024.Why govt app Developers not concentrating over timely resolving app issues.

Pathetic app. Useless at its core, it doesn't even launch after complain and even if it do so it does not recognise your login id or password. Disappointing! They're trying everything to avoid fixing issues.

After uploading the reading via this app there is no way to tell whether we have uploaded it correctly or if reading has been recorded. Hence you will be relax after uploading the reading but at the end of the month came to know that reading was not done!! You have nothing to prove that reading was done via smart bijlee app. 1. Atleast a mail , SMS should be sent upon successful reading. 2. An option to see what we have uploaded
