Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps on playstore. It shows connectivity error popup despite of available 5G data and other apps working fine.

It used to work but now I keep getting an error "Server returned an error, Missing data, Please try again" whenever I try to register a complaint. I noticed my home address is no longer visible but I can register complaint through the phone call just fine but phone call is not always reliable.

The app was great before, but I don't know what's happened now. I wanted to pay my bill online, but it keeps showing an error. I've tried ten times and called the customer care number. They say they don't have any information about online services or the app. Go directly to the PSPCL office and tell them what the benefits of the app are???
