It's quite ironically ridiculous that they made this app, but they didn’t leave a lot's of options, specifically when you want to load the documents . I am so frustrated that I am in a genuine rash to make a transfer but stuck with that document uploading, which there's not much of a way to do it .

From 5 to 1 star, customer support is terrible. The only times I had issues that needed solving, I got back messages that are abrupt, irrelevant to what I am asking and have the air of someone who just doesn't want to help. Very disappointing for a service that was truly needed. Going back to WU. Old review: The app and its look could be improved but that's besides the point. The service is great and reliable, and it solved a big real problem for people.

The worst app ever I used. After the transaction is done, it doesn't appear in the history/track section!! No other mean of confirming the transaction in process, neither email nor SMS. I have used it twice, the first time I had to call to update my track section. The second time almost 1 day and no update in the history. The good thing they are fast and trying to help. But as software engineer the app is a real mess.
