I set up per the instructions and app says the password isn't correct and to contact support. I used the reset password link and reset in case I made a mistake and after I reset the password and created a new one the same thing happened. The only way I can get in is with the temporary password that was sent to do the reset. Also, every time you open the app it asks to set the location preferences. Trying to use the app is more trouble than remembering to bring your card with you.

I just got my info from my employer and i have been trying for 2 days to set up the app. I was able to sign up but everytime i try to log in i get a message, an error has occurred and the app closes. I have not been able to log in once to view my digital card.

As others state, can't see expire date in full. Tried to renew, told me 'record not found', tried twice same issue. Then noticed the charges came out of my bank account x2 and 2 emails from a no replay cybersource account. No way to tell if it renewed or not, no confirmation of such.
