The State Government through SEAGRO in partnership with UNITINS has been joining efforts to provide the productive sector with meteorological and agrometeorological information that will assist the agricultural planning and decision making process, with a view to minimizing possible losses due to Considering the large amount of information already existing and often unknown to those who have the important role in the productive sector, SIMATO fills a gap that directly interferes with our main economic activity.

INFOTEMPO-TO gathers information from the main official agencies of meteorology and agrometeorology of Brazil, providing it in a simple and clear way. It has as target audience the rural extensionists, agricultural technicians, rural producers (small, medium and large), industry, trade and civil society.

INFOTEMPO-TO has products from the National Institute of Meteorology - INMET, Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation - EMBRAPA, Center for Weather and Climate Forecasting - CPTEC, National Water Agency - ANA and the University of Tocantins Foundation - UNITINS.
