When I make a report I need to put a location but half the time it puts a wrong location. The map function is bad. So I tried to delete my previously posted case, but there is no delete function either. It seems like the app only accept certain number of claims and I ended up not being able to post a real case with real address.

The app is really good when it works! The biggest issue is the address location tool... more often than not, incorrectly pinpoint the wrong location you're at! It puts you next door; across the street, or simply doesn't load at all. When you try to correct it by manually entering your address, it always reverts back to the incorrect address, and you have to call in your complaint or log out and try again. It is a great way to log a complaint that doesn't require immediate attention, though.

Location doesn't update properly in the app anymore. It used to work fine but now it doesn't want to put the location at the center of the selector. Or rather it seems to take 2+ min for it to catch up to where the cursor is moving. Can't type an address manually either. Please fix the location issue. The rest works well for reporting. I attempted to email the address given in the app (& here) to report the bug and got a bounce back saying it's not monitored; that should be updated as well.
