Speed reading is a reading technique that involves quickly and efficiently processing written information. It can be a useful skill for individuals who need to read a large amount of material in a short period of time, such as students preparing for exams or professionals who need to stay up-to-date with their field.

There are a few key strategies that can help someone become a faster reader. One is to focus on the main idea or purpose of the text, rather than getting caught up in the details. Another is to use a technique called "skimming," which involves quickly scanning the text to get a sense of its overall content and structure.

Another important aspect of speed reading is proper eye movement. Many people naturally tend to move their eyes in a series of short, choppy movements, which can slow down reading speed. Instead, it can be helpful to try to use longer, smoother eye movements and to fixate on groups of words rather than individual words.

It's also a good idea to practice with a variety of texts, as different types of writing can require different reading strategies. For example, dense, technical writing may require more careful reading, while more narrative-based texts can be read more quickly.

Overall, speed reading is a skill that can be developed and improved with practice. While it may not be suitable for every situation, it can be a useful tool for those who need to process large amounts of written information efficiently.

Decent version of the Schultz table, but no other "speed reading" exercises. A problem I experienced was that when I started a new board, after clicking #1, a window popped up and asked "Are you sure? Y/N" Yes will go to the homepage, no- it returns to the board. However, when the correct number is clicked, it repeats the question in the dialog box/window over and over again. I had to exit and restart the app. I don't know what caused this problem but I HAD been trying 2 change my board color

I cannot for the life of me keep my eyes on the center point of a schulte table. It would be really nice to have the option to place some sort of dot in the center that we could change the color/vibrance of depending on our focus needs that way we can slowly dim it out until we no longer need it. I find it literally completely impossible to keep my eyes centered. My eyes will always move around a little bit so that I'm still using my peripheral vision but I'm still moving my eyes. Need +training

Perfect app to increase peripheral vision, helps gather information and aim better on pc with big screens. People may get addicted trying to beat their best scores, but it works well when focused more on accuracy than speed. People should be conscious of how much time they are spending staring at the screen and limit to playing not more than 5 mins at a time. To me playing 3 rounds or 2 mins and 2 mins break looking around the room at distant objects and repeating this 3 times works best!
