Very disappointing that there is No Car Payment option other than Finance option that came with an ad 1st that froze my phone & kept thinking ...JUST TRYING 2 PAY MY CAR PAYMENT....REALLY DONT NEED THE ADS & OPTIOS 2 BUY ANOTHER KIA😡 COME ON I T LETS KEEP 50 & OLDER IN MIND WITH ALL THE UPDATES... KEEP IT SIMPLE

Loading time feels like dial-up days all over again! It's ridiculous for a legitimate, large-scale car company to have such a poorly made app. 😫 even logging into the Kia Finance website takes ages to load. In reality it takes about 5 min, but that's just to have the web page actually open. It should take a millisecond just like every other app or website. It's not my wifi, or my connection. No other site that I go to takes as long as Kia Finance to load.

I downloaded this app thinking I'd have better luck logging in through an app, since I've been unable to log in through Chrome for MONTHS. I'm forced to pay the 3.95 each time when I call the 800 number. And if I have a question regarding my account, I get people who barely speak English and end up hanging up. Seriously??? Fix the app!!!!
