Was a decent app but every time I try to open a new account it just says to try again later. I have reset the app by uninstalling it and installing it again twice now but it still doesn't work even a few months later. Very disappointed.

I've never used a mobile app that was so easy to use. I've called twice tho, but for app navigation only. Other apps are more complicated. Thank you Astra!

Worst banking app I've ever used. Instant balance option never works, fingerprint never works, my login never works!!! I have to call the bank just to find out what my gd balance is because the app is such garbage! If I can't check my balance anytime like I could with my old bank, then I regret ever signing up for this bank. Ridiculous. Fix your app or at least fix your website!
