Ratings and reviews

I have had previous versions of this app and they worked flawlessly, however, I downloaded this version did all the "accept, allow" permissions. When I go back to listen to the recordings; dead silence... the app keeps pushing me to the accessibility screen, but I dont see anywhere there that says click this feature to record. I have a GalaxyS10e. Can someone please help.

The 1st problem is that you guys charged me twice. The 2nd issue that I have is that I continue to receive the ads that I paid to have removed from the app. The 3rd and final dilemma is that when I play ANY recording back there is no sound. The app is useless to me without being able to hear the recordings. Save your $15 (or in my case $30 cuz I was double charged) & find an app that works. This app never worked for me not once!

I can't hear the other part at all and i use it often when driving instead of taking notes from the call, and its leading to quite a bit of trouble now not having an app that records both ends of a phone call, because i relied on it working so i could go back to listen to it when i could safely have a paper and pen to jot down important information from a couple phone calls! So i guess i have to continue my search for another app that will work!
