Ratings and reviews

It shouldn't be default/ automatic for the tip to be added as I didn't consent and its sneakly added in which is super scummy. Also the app tends not to work as it doesn't always load the pages and even pressing confirm it doesn't work too. This app needs a whole overhaul too as it's too cluttered (look at your competitors starbucks, peets, etc.!!!!)

This app routinely fails to work for me. It's failed in the same ways with the Pixel 8 and with my previous iPhone 7 pro. Once I have a cart and try to check out, only then does it start to stall indefinitely and finally inform me that mobile orders are unavailable at whichever location I'm targeting. I have spent like 2-10 minutes a day trying in vein to get it to work and often left for work without coffee.

I am also unable to input my login information, and thus cannot order on the app. It worked great on my older model pixel, but I am unfortunately just not able to use it with my new phone because of the bug. I know it is a bug because when I enter the wrong password, it prompts me to fix it, but when I enter the correct one it freezes and will not allow me to proceed. I can use the password on the website, but not the app (which is the only way to order to go).
