An intuitive app with enhanced User Interface & User Experience, “Canara ai1” Mobile Banking Super App offers a host of customer centric functionalities such as multi-mode funds transfer viz. UPI, RTGS,NEFT & IMPS, Fixed and Recurring Deposit opening, Fastag Recharge, Pay EMI / loans, Lockers, Insurance, scheduled payments, Nomination, Integrated Bill Pay, Integrated UPI etc., as additional features.

The app gives unique experience by providing option to customize the dashboard and choose the application theme of user choice (light/dark). App also features SCAN & PAY facility in the pre login screen.

Steps to install:

1. Install Canara ai1 mobile app.
2. After successful installation open app by clicking new Canara ai1 icon.
3. Click on next button to continue after selecting the SIM having Registered Mobile Number with the Bank. SMS will be initiated from the selected SIM; Ensure balance is available to send the SMS successfully.
4. After successful Mobile Number validation, an OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number.
5. Enter the OTP received and continue.
6. You will be redirected to create and confirm your 5 digits numeric PASSCODE for login to the application.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions after successfully creating the PASSCODE.
8. Grant the permissions requested during the registration process to access all application features.
9. Before initiating any mobile Banking transactions, you need to create and confirm new 6 digits numeric MPIN for authenticating transactions.
10. Click on ‘SET NOW’ to activate your Mobile Banking facility using active Debit Card details/Aadhaar/Activation code (Visit home branch for generating the activation code).

1. bug issues in the application related to while making late night payments. 2. if mpin has been accidentally registered while making a transaction, the application automatically takes up 3 attempts and log you off even if we try to tap on backspace button. This is a huge drawback that we cannot re-enter the corrected mpin. the attempts are automatically registered by the app and we cannot go to the homescreen as well. we have to go to the branch to rectify it.

I've encountered numerous bugs in this application that significantly impact user experience.I am automatically logged out many times and After being logged out for a while, I face multiple issues when trying to re-loggin and set a password or MPIN. Each time I log in, the app asks me to create a new password and MPIN, and now I have had to create 5-6 different passwords. This is confusing and frustrating. Please fix these issues for a smoother and more user-friendly experience

The app is riddled with issues, making it a painful experience. While its functionality is acceptable when it does work, getting it to function properly is a nightmare. Typing the MPIN is impossible due to the keyboard failing to appear, adding unnecessary frustration. Furthermore, the app suffers from prolonged loading times, exacerbating the user experience. Overall, its potential is overshadowed by its numerous flaws.

Activation through Aadhar has been temporarily disabled due to certain exigencies. Customers can continue activation using Debit Cards & Activaton code Generated through Internet Banking/Branch.

Further, Option to view Virtual Debit/Credit Card details also temporarily disabled.
