I don't think whether it's completely reliable. I took the test 2 times. Got the same result though my answers were slightly different. I tried to be more honest the second time but still got the same result.

These aren't nessasarily signs of a narcissism as much as they are signs of having a high self esteem.

Wasn't exactly clear. Definitely need a professional opinion
