Measure the size of a home lot, plat of land, park, sports field, walking route, etc.

Google Maps are used. A careful measurement's error is only about 0.5% in perimeter and area. Select between Hybrid, Satellite, Terrain, or normal Google Maps.

Search any address worldwide.

Distance results in meters, kilometers, feet, yards, and miles up to four decimal places.

Area results in square meters, feet, yards, kilometers, miles, and acres up to four decimal places.

Searching for a location is a bit ridiculous with this app. how hard is it to search my location when its on the map. or even putting in an address sometimes it goofs. on top of that using on a phone to measure out places you cant really move the points or if the run too close you end up hitting one trying to make a new one.

Helpful but not easy to pin point tight areas on the phone. Doesn't even help using a needle point stylus. This does not help getting accurate measurements. Great for fields. Not typical residential properties.

decent app, would be helpful if you could add a location permission so when I am on the jobsite doing a bid I could press a button and it would pull up the address automatically vs manual entry.
