Ratings and reviews

The app is ok, easy to use and esthetically nice. But the system to earn points when doing fuel is simply archaic. Relying on the attendants to input the code you show them has proven to be unrealistic and more than 50% of the times end in a failure. Also, the customer support seems to be totally inexistent.

Many times, points are not credited even after the OTP was approved after the fuelling transaction. There were also instances that OTP was not accepted until the alloted time expired. The same quite oftenly happens in scanning the bar code in app. Very frustrating to consumers who patronize this brand.

I have not registered but it is saying that the phone number is already assigned to the client, I can not log in with my email as well...so how do i register if it doesn't allow me, and if my number is already existing why can't I use it to log in?...why can't I use my email to log in? It is frustrating since i got a CBD card for point, and now i can't even claim them... the most idiotic app
