Ratings and reviews

Every few wks I have the same reoccurring problems. It's like the problems keep cycling back through. If it's not being automatically logged out & unable to sign back in, it's payments getting lost & I have to contact support to "push it through". It's extremely slow on my end & takes forever for the payments to go through, so my clients end up waiting to make sure I am paid. I pay for this app & it can't do the basic necessary things. It's almost brought me to tears with how frustrating this is

This is my review as a client, not a business: the app is OK, but my biggest gripe is the inability to create an account to log in and see a list of my upcoming appointments. I book out for months with my nail tech and I can't see when my series ends, to ensure I stay on her books. I end up not being able to get in. It's wildly frustrating.

Super easy for my clients, but that's all it is. All new features added are for a premium version of the app. Not being able to link reviews to Google is infuriating because that's where everyone gets the most business. I can still just send the link by hand, but it is awkward to ask clients to copy past or rewrite their review. The app should just include it, the pay more for more features is tiresome when it's something so crucial.
