Ratings and reviews

The app is just a quick reference that links you to pages on the website. It does what it is meant to do. Would be better if the app was not a grouping of links and was instead a full mobile app that did not take you to a webpage.

These people will steal money from you, they say it will be cheap but you will always get about 40-60% extra charge of extra utilities that you have to pay somewhere else, they always charge double utilities do not be with them.

This company is fraudulent. They make false charges and manipulate circumstances at their properties so they can charge residents extra fees. Also, several employees may very well be impersonators or scammers. Update: This company appears to be operating under a second name and simultaneously offering rooms through both rental groups - the second name is Alcove Rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
