Connectivity is TERRIBLE. Every time you open the app it spins and waits to connect so you can mute the headphones. Either one or the other headphone connects but the other isn't so you have to power down BOTH headphones and reboot to connect both. I've had these headphones for almost 2 years so I can say with extensive experience I absolutely hate this app. (The headphones, however, are beyond amazing which is why I still put up with this kindergarten-level gawd-awful app that comes with them.)

March 2024. Update restored earbuds to functional, however, ap has frequent crashes. Gets stuck on the screen that helps troubleshoot pairing, even when the earbuds are working - I have to force close the ap to clear it. Also giving persistent notification that permissions have been denied, however, enabled all permissions are enabled in the ap settings. Better but not ready for prime time. Update Nov 2023. Still not functional. Stuck on "trying to connect." Ap seems to be garbage.

I had the Silencer BT, the app used to work, granted, it was fairly basic. Like everybody that's reviewed this App in 2023, I'm stuck with the "Connecting" and a spinning ball of death that won't let me configure the earbuds. I can connect them and pair them via bluetooth and get basic functionality, but the App is completely broken. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, cleared data and Cache, and on a Pixel 6 Pro, S22+, and Tab S8. Customer support gave me an upgrade to 2.0 buds for free.
