Ratings and reviews

Sometimes it takes too long to get a yellow cab taxi on the north side. I definitely would prefer more yellow cabs on the north side because they have much better rates then co op taxi.

The app or cab company are too greedy, they take a large percentage of every trip from the drivers. So obviously the drivers ask you to cancel the trip and oay directly EVERY SINGLE TIME. so now youve ruined the entire convenience with greed. I use taxi to avoid paying greedy rideshare app owners but this app is just as bad.

App is slow and laggy, drivers are mostly horrible at their job. Either they don't show to pick up location, or they cancel to pick up some scantily clad drunk women.
