Ratings and reviews

Freezes and resets regularly. I used this app years ago, and thought it was OK. Recently installed it again and not very impressed. I use it mainly for the (free) puzzles, as the news is not really worth reading. The app regularly freezes and the only solution is to exit, and reopen again. BUT very often the puzzle currently in progress is reset!!! and sometimes even ones that have been completed are reset. VERY ANNOYING

The news each day works fine. My issue is with my weekend subscription to the puzzle issue which I've been getting for years and love. They stopped taking my payments and won't reinstate my subscription. There's no reason for this and despite many attempts to rectify the situation I can get no response from the developers of the app. Disappointing and disheartening. My bad review is to reflect their lack of care. I'm going to keep sending them emails anyway. Just to be annoying.

Worse than before, Every time I exit and return it always goes back to the first page, before it continued where I left. Also, swiping between pages is terribly, you have to either swipe quite quickly or swipe over at least half of the screen which in not at all good (or easy) on modern large screens. Not very user friendly at all. And puzzles still a pain to navigate.
