This app is horrible. EVERY month I'm locked out of my account I have to keep creating new passwords and when I call in by phone the system doesn't recognize my payment method. I have to get a live rep to constantly fix it. It is also not mobile android friendly, the screen is huge when you finally get in and the action buttons are missing . The app is not letting me adjust the screen correctly in my phone settings to make it congruent. This needs a whole overhaul! Help!

If I could give it less than one star I would. NEVER works. Constant app updates that dont take. Change password commands. I have not been able to use this app for months. I have to logon through the computer app. If you report a problem with the app, their solution is to go on via computer. So whats the point of the app??

If you can actually get into the site/app, it's fine. Aside from that good luck getting logged in. Every time I go to log in it declines my password, then locks me out. If i try to reset my password, it sends me an Invalid Link. Trying to contact anybody is damn near impossible, especially if you work overnights like I do. Absolutely worst support I've ever experienced, and that's beating out trying to contact Comcast.
