Edit: problem resolved and captioning is fixed. No closed captioning.. I contacted support via the Chromecast app because I cannot find the settings for Captioning. The response was as follows: "Hello, Thank you for your email, The option is at the bottom right of the video player. " There aren't any settings on the video/video player/Chromecast or on the phone app. I followed up the email with screenshots showing the problem and I got no response. Disappointed.

I love watching NFB films. However, I have 2 complaints with this app. First, I used to use the search function and it worked fine. Now I have a new phone and suddenly the search function doesn't work. I search for titles I KNOW are on the site, but the search comes up as the title being non-existent. Second, I saved several titles to my favourites, only to find that the entire list had been erased the next day. This also happened at least 2 or 3 times on my old phone as well as on my new phone.
