The most important aim of Education, Geriatrics, Ecological Agriculture, Tourism Foundation, or EGET Foundation in short, is to provide financial support to university students who have difficulties in continuing their education due to financial dilemmas; thus, to serve the cultural and scientific development of the society. In addition to this aim, while creating a development model through innovative systems in ecological and sustainable agricultural practices, to take extreme care to protect nature; to encourage eco-tourism, farm tourism and wellness tourism (in short, sustainable tourism); Making investments focused on geriatrics and gerontology is also among its aims.
EGET Foundation, financial insufficiency does not prevent university education; nature is protected by sustainable agricultural practices; Turkey is the realization of a dream of modern tourism model for middle aged and older people.
Although it is a young Foundation, tens of thousands of students have applied to the EGET Foundation since the 2016-2017 academic year to obtain scholarships. The evaluation process of the students applying for scholarships is carried out in a completely objective manner, within the framework of the criteria determined by the EGET Foundation Education and Scholarship Commission, with a software developed by the EGET Foundation itself. Students who will download the EGET Mobile application will now be able to make their scholarship applications easily and quickly from their mobile devices. Students who pass the pre-evaluation will be able to upload the required documents via EGET Mobile. EGET Mobile application, which allows students to easily communicate with the Foundation Secretariat via the application, is a user-friendly application with its practical interface.
EGET Mobile is also a mobile application that allows those who want to donate to the EGET Foundation to view their donation options and to donate easily and securely with their credit cards in line with their choices.
EGET Mobile users can also access natural content products sold in the virtual store of the EGET Foundation Economic Enterprise via the mobile application and complete their shopping quickly and securely.
