Ratings and reviews

No email confirmation with the order details, no proper team to serve online customers, no option to track order from website, even unable to complete registration in website and app both, it's asking for OTP but never received OTP through email. Because of these, feelings doubt that this is really Aarong!!!!!!! It's really really very disappointing and unexpected from the Brand like Aarong. 😐😞

Low quality products are priced very high here.🤬🤬 I am totally disappointed. this is very bad apps. It's totally harmful for us. everybody please skip this. and also #boycot_Arong🤬🤬🤬

Aarong's online service/app service is so very disappointing. 5 out of 6 times they would send wrong product or in wrong size. The refund process is too annoying too. They wouldn't send any delivery man to pick up the wrong product, wouldn't refund on time, would not reply to emails/ texts or phone calls. Very slow service. The app does not respond well either.
