Last month app deducted amount two times, when talk with customer service then they told to cancel subscription if I paid 300rs then why should I cancel subscription. I am eligible for two month subscription. Then this month also amount deducted. Unable to cancel autopay because of subscription would cancel. Please fixed it I want to cancel autopay functionality. PLEASE SOLVE ISSUE OR SEND MONEY BACK.

It appears that you have subscribed twice - Id ending with EygL96n & Mqcyk00. Each billing gives 1 month, so you have 4 months of subscription now. When you connected with us, we had suggested canceling one to avoid this. Since you didn't cancel, you were billed twice again. Took one year subscription, but the app seems locked, still cant access.. Called the contact number given but no one is responding Review next day: got a call from kutuki by a polite soul, mr. Gautam.. Thru his guidance app is working fine now.. He told me that we can send whatsapp msg on the contact number on non working days, many thanks to kutuki team. App is wonderful, my 4 year old loves it

It's been sometime that I am not able to connect to the app on TV. Even after multiple request to get OTP.. I am kot receiving the same so unable to login on tv set. Also unable to reach on the mentioned number. Kindly assist.
