About this app

DeviceAID is an educational application with many categories of devices used in both diagnostic Cath as well as interventional cardiology. With hundreds of devices to keep in your head, having a tool to get to the key few numbers can be invaluable. A basics section introduces devices, and the library section allows for the searching and filtering of devices based on some key characteristics.

Current sections include Catheters, stents, balloons, atherectomy devices, access, closure, and more.

Devices can be added to your own favorites list for easy access later.

For those who want to refine their knowledge of devices, quizzes with correct answer explanations are available.

What's new

Hello everybody. This is a minor update to the previous version. We now allow all users to view the device library and basics sections without creating an account. Simply click "Skip Login" on the sign-in page.

If you want to use the favorites tab that allows you to make a custom quick-access library of certain devices, or to take and track quiz progress, you will be asked to sign in. This allows us to store the favorites and quiz progress if you ever reinstall or get a new device.
