Ratings and reviews

Marginal at best, same as website. MVC seems to want to drive you to chat and phone calls. Site and app not optimized to support what most members want to do, i.e., make/cancel reservations, view points needed for resorts without having to use the search function, and view balances. Most of this is there except the points for resorts, but buried under multiple layers. Also, the computers driving it seem underpowered, delays and errors. Hope it gets better.

Unable to paste my password which deters having a strong password. I also can't get logged in as I never receive my reset link via email or text.

Not worth the time it took to install...not up to date on reservations, and it really doesn't have much utility beyond viewing your ownership info...which doesn't really change that often that I need to have it as a phone app...uninstalled.
