Unable to sign up since last 4-5months, it always shows something went wrong, exactly what has gone wrong with this app??? Such a huge consumer segment still they are not properly working on the app issues, bad software team to manage this, if you can't do it right away then remove this app from playstore so that we don't have to rely upon this.

There is no rating lower than one, hence have provided that. Nothing in the app works, it is just a digital notice board that displays information it has got. Not user friendly. Not able to raise a complaint as it is not allowing me to register it stating I am using a special character in my remarks which has only alphabets and nothing else. Ashamed of downloading it and wasting 55 minutes.

it's more than a year since I've converted my postpaid connection to prepaid. but still when i try to convert it back to postpaid ,the app says that you can convert after 6 months of conversion. it's more than a year . very buggy and bad app. also I'm recharging my prepaid account still I'm getting monthly bills. so what's the point of conversion. now I'm paying in both modes.
