Smooth and easy. Highly recommended! The first few times you order, I recommend having a good few weeks of medication before you run out. This is just in case there are any initial hiccups. Within a month, it has been smooth sailing. Give it a go, see if it works well for you. *Edit* After using this app for over 3 years, it's definitely one of the most useful app on my phone. The free prescription delivery has literally changed my life and made getting my medication SO much easier. Thank you.

Great service, much improved over time. The app is easy to use, easy to edit re addresses etc. and ordering is simple. Lloyds has saved me so much time in getting repeat prescriptions regularly, thank you. Update: Over the last 6 months this service has been outstanding. Prescriptions actioned and despatched in super quick time. I've only once had to contact customer services (over a matter that was actually my fault) and they were superb. Well done and thank you.

It's a great idea and the app itself is great. The service it offers is the problem. First prescription went through fast and efficiently. The second one has not been and has taken a month so far for my repeat prescription and have now been told sorry they can't deliver and given a code to go elsewhere. Great while it works but they don't seem to have the ability to resolve issues. Check out trustpilot reviews as I'm not the only one who has had problems.
