Hello Elizabeth we haven't received any email from you so we naturally couldn't reply. When you reset your password, you have to login with the new generated one that you received in your email and then use the change password option in profile settings.

The full functionality cannot be purchased, but only rented by paying hefty recurring subscription fees ad infinitum -- and even that does not remove advertisements completely, it merely reduces them. Three other apps of this type can be bought instead of rented, so feel free to guess what replaced this milkingware, which is being uninstalled as we speak.

Complete garbage. So far as I can tell does NOT work. Wish I could give it less than one star. Glitchy, miserable crapola of an app. Warning, Warning, Warning Do not waste your time. Damn sure do NOT send any money to buy any level of subscription. Paying money to subscribe does not make app work in anyway.
