This app and service is absolutely trash. I have had an account on the app for more than two years, and used the service for almost 8 years. But suddenly I am told that my account doesn't exist, I cannot recharge my account let alone use the app to check my data and voice balance. It is absolutely frustrating. Even trying to create membership is annoying, with messages saying data does not match and all.

Since the new update, the app has changed a lot. I can no longer see the balance for prepaid users. There is no longer an option to recharge for mobile data.

1. cannot create an account from the app | 2. cannot access account outside Internet Explorer | 3. website requires ActiveX plugin | 4. Recharge payment for a 30 days plan does not recharge account until a phone call is made to request manual adjustment to the account, so the service gets disconnected if all minutes/data/text is used.
