I am facing issues like the starting of the day itself what is this app I m still not getting it it worst UI experience I ever had while going one step back it will directly lands you on first page I had created three tickets which they didn't solved and they closed it... superb next big problem is ring is not available no proper setting for this literally it is frustrating to use simply of no use of this kind of UI not ringing and still got struck which drop down the service cost list #worstapp

I started advertising on swiggy for monthly advertising, but within 2 days, my advertising has stopped, and while my restaurant is off at night, they send that our menu visit is done , swiggy is making fool of their restaurants as our restaurants is offline and they said our menu visit is over, very bad service. And to all new users, it is free advice. Don't take advertising schemes on Swiggy. They will screw your outlet position.

The new update, has removed the business section from where we could run discount campaigns. The customer care team says it will take (3-9) days to update offers through tickets. Also the app automativally turns off even after manually switching it on. We need to keep checking the app constantly. It's become less user friendly. The previous version was better.
