NEW REVIEW (04/08/2021): -Just installed the new update and now my case always says the battery is at 0% and the earbuds do not ever disconnect from my phone even if I put them back in the case and close it. -The update fixed my earbuds which had randomly stopped connecting to my phone. Touch controls and other gestures seem to work better than ever. -Amazing sounding earbuds that continue to have serious software issues.

Dear Devialet, can you please allow the saving of EQ presets.. Also the function to disable ANC and Transparency mode. That is, giving us default passive noise cancelling mode. I also suggest giving us brief mini tutorials on how to adjust the advanced EQ frequency nodes. This adds value to us customers who have purchased your product. Additionally, could you also kindly show us the case battery percentage as it can then inform us to make efficient charging schedules. Best wishes!

Easy to connect and setup using the app. The ANC is really good for earbuds. Takes a minute to get the EQ dialed in, but once you get it how you like, sound quality awesome. These are winners.
