Service of delivery and instalment it's really ugly and very bad. They don't had time management, and customer must to follow they time and always late. I had bad experience off INFORMA instalment team, the come over 6PM and after he know i don't stay at my home (only my staf) he don't want to instaling and say don't bring the tolls. It's to stupid for me to trust INFORMA. Until today, i already deal with team INFORMA in before lunch time. They change to 3PM and not permission with me

I purchased a pillow on December 7th, from Malang to be sent to Bali. It's January 2nd now and it still hasn't arrived. I asked for a tracking number from the JNE, but they are unable to provide it to me. As of right now, I asked customer service to cancel my order. I will update on how long this takes. **update** My pillow was delivered to me on January 3rd. A suggestion would be to have a quoted time frame for delivery on the Informa app with an automatic cancelation date. Tokopedia has this.

This is a very stupid application, so cheap thinking. Sending receipt can be done via email, which is fine. But redeeming point REQUIRES that OTP be sent via a whatsapp number. .. why not OTP via email. .. I know you want a WA number for marketing, free ... hey you are a big business , dont be so cheap ..
