Installed 2 months ago. Was very happy with it until a few days ago. 90% of channels are stalling and choppy. Some have no feed. There is no logic to what channels are affected. All video options have 15 seconds of play, followed by a 5 second pause. Internet speeds are fast. Regular Netflix, Disney, Prime, and Roku apps run flawlessly. Tried to delete and reinstall with no effect, no improvement. Not pleased at all.

Trying to reach them is an exercise in futility. My subscription(?), which I new nothing about (did I miss the fine print?), renews automatically on a yearly basis. I paid thru PayPal which ruled against me. I deleted my acct at PayPal but they say they can still charge my credit card. The banks have a similar policy. Nobody gets out of paying previous commitments. Fair enough. STB, keep my 1st year, i don't give a rat's Axx about your software. I want to cancel my account. Period.

Smart STB is cheating customers on subscritpions. I have taken a lifetime subscriton. After 4 months, they deactivated and asked to buy a subscription again. When I raised a ticket no response from them. On my emails, they are only sending service request links.
