About this app

Pocket Paint is a paint editor that, among
other things, allows setting parts of pictures to transparent and zooming up to
pixel level. It is integrated into Pocket Code
--- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.catrobat.catroid ---
but can also be used on its own.

Images are saved under Photos and Gallery as well as in the \"Pocket Paint\"
folder on the SD card.

Pocket Paint is developed by the free and open source non-profit Catrobat
project --- http://catrobat.org/ ---

For the price (free), it seems to do better than many paid options. Lots of tools to edit the way you want. Only two criticisms after using it for a few minutes: 1. No good selection tools (i.e. Magic Wand) - this is almost a deal breaker. 2. If you pan/zoom while a tool is selected, it also uses the tool. I don't love having to either push undo after pan/zoom or have to switch back and forth between hand and tool.

This app was AMAZING before the update. But since then I'm having so many bugs. When drawing lines, random lines appear all over my drawing. And the undo feature is completely bugged. *Edit: this app is now making my phone crash! After weeks of my Google pixel randomly shutting down repeatedly minute after minute, I finally started deleting one app at a time to determine why is was crashing. Finally when I deleted this app, it stopped randomly shutting down/restarting. Fix your app!

I simply love this app, especially that you can choose literally any color that exists by putting in their color values. But also for some reason it won't let me get back in the app. I'm gonna try uninstalling it and re-installing it and see if that works. It would have been 5 stars if it weren't for that. Edit: It worked after I uninstalled it.
