• choose the apartment you like, book it and make an appointment with the sales department;
• monitor the progress of house construction;
• view plans and necessary documents on your smartphone;
• you will be able to resolve issues and receive advice from your personal manager;
• special offers and discounts from partners;
• the opportunity to visualize your future “smart” apartment;
• get to know your neighbors and be able to communicate with them in app chats.
When your house is rented out and your apartment is transferred, you will have access to:
• management of the access control system, you will be able to view external video surveillance cameras;
