Being generous giving it 1*. Gone from an app that works absolutely fine and shows daily and monthly usage, to having 2 separate accounts, that don't show my usage and require me to submit readings (I have a smart meter installed at the box so they can be ready automatically). Not sure what went through the head of whoever signed this off. Disappointing and a big factor when it comes to renewing (or not) my tariff..

Moving forward us definitely not what your doing. The app is very basic, can't even see date of next bill or when a meter reading is due. Something so simple but you didn't bother, that's what I call going backwards not forwards. As for the rest of the features, there really isn't anything because majority of tasks are completed outside of the app and back on your website

Well I think the underlying app feels more modern and is clearly on a more modern platform, however it has zero features. You can't see your direct debit prediction although that's pretty useless anyway. Feels like the app is still heavily in testing rather than ready for a full role out. It's that bad I've decided that I'm going to switch energy supplier.
