I would have used this face because i like the way it looks. I was even thinking of getting the premium because it seemed to be a one time purchase. But when you click on buy premium it just right away asks you to agree to an agreement that it explicitly says you cannot cancel. And it does not tell you how much or anything. So personally i am uninstalling this scam

What? Everything is done by Google Plays policies and those are their agreements. When you confirm that you want to buy it you will get a price and be asked to continue... Only then you can be charged. And you have 10 minutes time to cancel the payment if you want to.

Frustrating. I paid for the app but it doesnt show the temp like this picture shows & theres no where to select it on the complications

All the settings for the weather are done from the settings menu.
Please long press on the screen and tap Customize -> Go to the Settings -> the first option should be Weather.
You can set it up from there.

This is a great watch face. ☺ The only problem is that I can't get the weather back. I changed weather to heart rate and now I can't get weather back. Can you please fix this issue? Thanks. ☺
