I love the bikes, but I'm really struggling with the app. Often just buffers/loads endlessly upon opening and doesn't show the map with bike locations etc. Need to close and re-open multiple times for it to properly load the map, which makes it a really frustrating user experience. Also not always v easy to spot where the designated parking spaces are.

Just downloaded the app and am looking forward to hiring a bike. On first impression, the app user experience is not ideal - the sheer number of pins obliterates sight of the map and makes scrolling around it clunky, verging on impossible at times. Perhaps you could make the pins into smaller dots?

After over a year, is FINALLY working to a semi competent level. Very good bike service, not perfect but very good and pricing is very good again now since last bundle update. App was terrible and is now close to working. I had a problem locking the bike every time before last week, this has now reduced to 2 times in the past week and it mostly locks much quicker now. Only about 10 seconds as opposed to the 30 or more before. Getting there.
