- Teleconsultation
Access your telehealth appointments and chat with your doctor within the app itself, through our video call.

- Extensive service network
Consult our own and accredited service network, to schedule appointments, exams, locate offices, hospitals and centers. Filter from your location and search for the best place to be served.

- Notifications
Get notified of your appointment reminders and easily and securely enter your telehealth appointments.

- 2nd copy of slips and reports
Get access to your boletos, see your payment history and issue a duplicate, if necessary. We also provide the plan payment report and the sending of receipts in the application.

Access our exclusive contact area, where you can access frequently asked questions, contact telephone numbers with the operator and a chat for sending messages, suggestions or complaints.

- Sending documents
Submit surgery or exam requests, medical reports, personal documents, or any need for approval requested by the operator, if applicable.

É uma dificuldade imensa para marcar consultas através do App, principalmente, se for com o mesmo médico, impossível. As datas são muito distantes, ou seja, se você que manter um acompanhamento com o mesmo profissional, esquece! Ligue na Central, e tente a sortel. Eu não sou usuária da Operadora, mas falo em nome de minha mãe, porque sou eu que cuido das marcações de consultas e exames. Tenho duas impressões, ou o App está muito engessado, ou a Operadora não está dando conta da demanda.

Péssimo aplicativo e péssimo plano de saúde. O SUS tá mais rápido pra agendar do que isso. O que aconteceu com a prevent?
