Designed to give you total control of your financial life, it's the simplest way to safely manage your money, whenever and wherever you want.

If you are a Crédito Agrícola customer, you can immediately access the CA Mobile App, using the usual access codes. If you are not yet a Customer, take advantage and open your account with Nova App.

Fingerprint does not work anymore, doesn't even ask for it, always the pin code, and YES the biometrics are activated on the app and on the phone. Deactivate and activate biometrics doesn't fix anything either, always asks for the pin code... Old app was better... I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, before you blame the device. Please fix it.

This app is always crashing, can not use it, so frustrating. Please fix it urgently

Totally useless app. It opens, but as soon as you try and do anything it hangs. I've been forced to install it because it is now required to validate online credit card purchases. The old system was to send a verification code via SMS, which worked. Verifying in the app doesn't work at all, and has hung up everytime I've tried. Thanks to this I now can't use my card online. Worse than useless. This app actually STOPS you doing things!!
